As a professional software company specializing in last-mile solutions, Deliverea provides technical services to leading enterprises, streamlining their operations. With a strong focus on international expansion, they are seeking an ​Account Executive to lead their launch strategy and drive growth in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the Italian market, ensuring alignment with Deliverea’s global objectives.
  • Identify key market opportunities and establish strategic relationships with local clients and partners.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends, adapting strategies to stay ahead.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of services, tracking operational performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales performance and provide regular updates to management, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create localized marketing materials, sales tools, and training programs.
  • Represent Deliverea at trade shows and events, building relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.


Requirements
  • +3 years of experience with a proven track record in B2B enterprise software sales.
  • Deep understanding of the software and technology markets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Italian and English to engage with C-level stakeholders effectively.
  • A data-driven mindset to enhance sales behaviors and outcomes.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and determined to turn ideas into actionable results.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
