CX Operations Specialist

As a part-time Customer Experience Operations Specialist in a capacity of 20 hours a week, you will assist in finding and establishing efficiencies that make the CX team more effective in their efforts. Acting in a supporting role behind the many customer touchpoints in place, you will secure operational stability for the greater Tithe.ly mission. Ultimately, you will help us manage and allocate our resources effectively.

Primary Responsibilities Of The Role

  • Technical Writing: Create clear, concise, and actionable documentation to support CX operations, including process guides, knowledge bases, and internal resources.
  • Creating Reports: Generate detailed reports on CX metrics, trends, and performance to provide actionable insights for leadership and the CX team.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.
  • Strategic Projects: Support and execute one-off CX strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions that enhance CX team effectiveness.

Technical Qualifications

Technical Qualifications

Required:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and reporting platforms.
  • Some experience in technical writing
  • 2+ years SaaS customer experience a plus
  • Experience with Zapier and API connections a plus

  • Remote work experience
  • Familiarity with Zapier and API connections
  • 2+ years SaaS customer experience


Office Requirements:

  • We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel required 1-2 times per year.
  • A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.
  • US-based and legally able to work full time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time.
