The Role

As a Senior UX Designer and Researcher, you will shape the user experience of our products, focusing on the UX and UI of our new ERP system.

Specifically, you will lead the design of engaging, intuitive user experiences and employ rapid prototyping and iterative design methodologies to refine and validate concepts. You will conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure an exceptional user experience.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across our products.

Additionally, you will:

- Utilise Figma to create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design systems

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and technologies

- Deliver user-centred, effective, and delightful experiences for customers

About You

To be considered as a Senior UX Designer and Researcher, you will need:

- At least five years’ professional UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work

- Expertise in Figma, including prototyping, design systems, and collaboration features

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing

- A deep understanding of user-centred design principles and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively
