The Role:

We are looking for a Head of Asia Products to join our crew and take responsibility for our Casino products across the Asia market. You will focus on the business’s growth and profitability, leveraging your expertise in the iGaming space and understanding Asian market trends. You must have strong leadership skills and be business-driven with a result-oriented mindset.

As a Head of Asia Products, you are expected to:

  • Manage a portfolio of products within the Casino vertical tailored to the Japanese/Asia market

  • Always be on top of your portfolio's performance (KPIs) and profitability (P&L).

  • Contribute to the vision of your products and their growth strategy within the Japanese market.

  • Constantly focus on business, market, and user insights (qualitative and quantitative) to gather data that feeds into strategy.

  • Set and prioritize your portfolio and product roadmap with the VP of Product.

  • Understand the different aspects of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) and how they contribute to the success of your portfolio.

  • Identify strategic sales and revenue opportunities for your products.

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and the cross-functional team to guide and support business and strategic priorities when solving user/business problems and opportunities.

  • Work in an iterative and agile/lean product development mindset throughout the user journey (acquisition, activation, revenue, and retention).

  • Be a manager, a true leader, and an enabler for your team, consisting of a Product Manager, SEO Manager, and Content Team.
