Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Full-time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday

Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s ambitious expansion strategy, playing a pivotal role in connecting high-net-worth individuals and businesses with game-changing financial services. You’ll leverage cutting-edge sales technologies and your sharp communication skills to identify, engage, and nurture potential clients across multiple business verticals. Responsibilities
  • Spearhead daily outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, and text messaging platforms to engage potential clients and partners
  • Craft and optimize compelling content for specialized landing pages, driving traffic and converting leads into qualified prospects
  • Manage and refine lead nurturing processes using HubSpot CRM, ensuring a smooth journey from initial contact to sales-ready opportunities
  • Coordinate and schedule high-value meetings between company principals and qualified prospects, including both individual clients and potential business partners
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects and market trends to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates
  • Generate and present weekly or bi-weekly performance reports, providing actionable insights on outreach activities and lead generation progress
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with overall brand messaging and campaign objectives
  • Stay abreast of industry developments in wealth management, tax services, and asset management to inform outreach strategies and identify new opportunities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes by suggesting and implementing data-driven optimizations


Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in sales development, preferably in financial services or a related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling messages and build rapport quickly
  • Demonstrated proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and other modern sales automation tools
  • Experience in managing and optimizing landing pages and lead nurturing processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and sales techniques
  • Basic understanding of financial services industry concepts (investment advisory, wealth management, tax services) is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work full-time (8 hours per day, 5 days per week) aligned with US Eastern or Central time zones
  • Comfortable with performance-based incentives and driven by achieving and exceeding targets
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional growth in a rapidly evolving industry
