Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive B2B sales of Innergy to SMBs and Enterprises in North America. This remote, India-based role involves end-to-end sales ownership—from lead generation to deal closure. The position offers high-value incentives for successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential B2B clients; leverage available tools to build a strong sales pipeline.
Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with key decision-makers, qualify leads and schedule demos,
Solution Selling: Present tailored product demos, address client needs, and position Innergy as a key solution for workplace wellness.
Deal Closure: Manage negotiations, finalize contracts, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Reporting: Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on pipeline status and performance metrics.
