As a Service Desk Administrator at Centorrino Technologies (CT), you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support to our clients with a focus in this role on Audio Visual (AV) technology.

Requirements

What you'll do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for AV-related service desk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for AV hardware and software, digital signage,, interactive displays, video conferencing systems, microphones, and speakers.
  • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of AV equipment across client environments.
  • Perform regular updates, testing, and configuration of AV systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of AV technologies, including video conferencing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom). 
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service when interacting with clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience. 

What you'll bring:

  • Strong knowledge of AV systems, including projectors, video conferencing platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom),
  • interactive displays, sound systems, and AV control systems.
  • Experience in supporting and maintaining vendor specific solutions such as Biamp, Crestron, Logitech, Poly, Samsung, Shure, Yealink amongst others.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV hardware and software issues efficiently with end users over the phone. 
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Previous experience in an AV support or IT service desk role.
