Job description

This is a remote position.

Full time 
Monday - Friday 8AM - 4AM CST 
(some room for overtime during busy season) 

The Benefits Analyst is responsible for the management, analysis, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.

Responsibilities: 
  • They would be doing medical comparisons/side by sides for potential prospects, and looking for any cost savings.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing benefits programs.
  • Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations to improve benefits plans.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.



Requirements
Qualifications: 

-Very skilled in Excel

-Knowledge in Health Insurance

-Very strong in financials (able to spot cost savings or lack there of)

- 2–3 years of experience in benefits administration
