Job Overview

We are looking for an Install Coordinator/Permit Specialist to manage installation schedules and handle permit applications. You will ensure projects comply with local regulations and are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate installation appointments with clients and technicians.
Prepare and submit permit applications to appropriate agencies.
Track permit statuses and address any issues or delays.
Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams.
Maintain organized records of permits and installation documentation.
Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Experience in permitting, scheduling, or administrative coordination.
Knowledge of local building codes and permit processes.

Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Haves

Experience in the construction or utilities industry.
