Job description

Job Description:

  • Review service requests to ensure they meet medical policies, benefit plans, and clinical guidelines.
  • Accurately assign cases to the appropriate team and health plan.
  • Review and interpret medical records, including office notes, diagnostic results, and prior operative reports.
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of patient's medical record.
  • Adhere to nursing care standards and regulatory requirements while implementing departmental policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • A valid USRN license and PHRN license are required.
  • Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract.
  • Minimum of 1- 2 years clinical experience
  • Strong understanding of clinical guidelines, medical policies, and healthcare benefits.
  • Experience in reviewing and interpreting clinical/ medical records.
  • Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
