Job description

Permanent Remote / Work-from-home / Full-Time
Graveyard Shift / Night Shift (at least 2 years of graveyard experience is a must)
Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000 (Depending on your experience)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized General Administrator to support daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, communication, and providing administrative support across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and expense tracking
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
- Handle travel arrangements and reimbursements

Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Requirements:
- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
