Job Description for Inbound Sales Agent for Telco Products

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from potential customers interested in telecommunications products
  • Explain features and benefits of various telco offerings
  • Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate products for their needs
  • Process sales transactions and enter customer information into the system
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications products and services
  • Customer service orientation with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

Scope:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break
  • Handle a high volume of inbound sales calls daily
  • Work within defined scripts and sales processes
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve team goals
  • Participate in ongoing product training and sales skill development
  • With bonuses based on sales
