Rs. 22,500 per month in hand for the initial 6 months

Rs. 27,500 per month after the initial 6 months

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives, and develop tailored staffing solutions.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and address concerns.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
Project Management:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial briefing to final delivery.
- Assign and manage resources effectively to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Resolve project-related issues and challenges.
Team Management:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (recruiters, consultants, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance.
