We are recruiting junior candidate to manage and maintain the Talixo app's system settings for city configurations, fleet operations, and service parameters. This role focuses on administrative tasks rather than IT emphasizing the optimization of booking methodologies and ensuring compliance with operational standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Talixo app system settings for city configurations, fleet operations, and service parameters.
• Translate diverse fleet requirements into system logic, ensuring accurate integration and alignment with business goals.
• Optimize booking allocation methodologies, operating models, and capacity parameters to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and adjust system settings for new and existing cities to support business expansion and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align system configurations with fleet and customer needs.
• Identify and implement improvements in system settings to enhance performance and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and service requirements across different regions.
• This role reports to Senior Manager located in Berlin, Germany. 

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in managing system configurations.
• Tech-savviness, with the ability to navigate and optimize system parameters effectively.
  
• Analytical thinking to translate business logic into operational system settings.
• Experience with system configuration or similar roles in a tech-driven environment is a plus.

• Understanding of taxi transfer business dynamics - would be a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English - C1.
