Project Manager with fluency in Finnish - Freelance

Contract duration: Minimum 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
Start date: January/February 2025.
Language: English.
Location: No restrictions, with occasional travel to Finland as required.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluency in Finnish and English, both verbal and written;
• Project Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing ERP implementation or migration projects, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365;
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and data migration challenges;
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities;
• Problem-Solving: Proactive and results-oriented approach to identifying and resolving issues;
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to Finland for on-site collaboration when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation or migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives;
• Manage stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle;
• Identify and address data migration challenges while maintaining high-quality standards;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient business processes;
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
