Job description

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Financial specialist.

We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:
  • Workflow and payments control
  • Monitoring the correctness of fund transactions on payment systems:
    - Accrual of the revenue component of the business line
    - Participation in the budgeting process 
  • Monthly customer’s calculations check and billing reconciliation 
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and periodical financial reporting
  • Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts 
  • Review and control data received from business partners 
  • Other ad hoc work as required
Requirements:
  • Higher education in finance/accounting or related fields
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience preferably within international companies
  • English and Russian (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with 1C and Xero or similar software
  • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organisational skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
