Business Analyst (with German)

Contract: B2B or Contract of employment

Salary: up to 130 PLN/h net/B2B; or 14k PLN gross/UoP

Location: Remote within Poland

Project: Time and attendance monitoring system for hospitals.

Key Aspects:

• Fluency in German, communicative level of English.
• Regular client engagement with a consultative approach.
• Understanding of technical aspects, like system architecture, databases, and scripting.

Project Overview:

Centralized Workforce Management System.

We are implementing a centralized, Java-based workforce management system to modernize time tracking, access control, and security workflows.

Scope: Configure the system, migrate data from legacy platforms to MS SQL, and develop custom scripts (Python, PowerShell) for automation and performance optimization.

This project ensures seamless integration and reliability, empowering clients with modernized operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to understand business processes and gather requirements.
• Translate client business needs into detailed and actionable requirements for the development team, and ensure requirements align with the existing system architecture and software capabilities.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify gaps in current solutions, including functional and non-functional aspects.
• Prepare comprehensive documents, including specifications and functional requirements, project milestones, system change logs, or client feedback reports.
• Assess the broader technical environment to ensure new solutions integrate seamlessly with client infrastructure.
• Act as a bridge between clients, product management, and the development team.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (or a similar role) in IT-related projects.
• Fluency in German (mandatory), and communicative English.
• Theoretical knowledge of system architecture, databases, and scripting and the ability to grasp technical environments without hands-on coding or scripting.
• Familiarity with working in environments involving critical infrastructure or complex systems.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills to mediate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
