Responsibilities
- Sourcing the best IT candidates using advanced techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and X-ray search. Get creative!
- Screening applications and conducting interviews with a deep understanding of technical roles.
- Building long-term relationships with candidates and ensuring they have the best recruitment experience possible (candidate experience).
- Crafting and optimizing job advertisements and promoting them on social media platforms and job boards.
- Collaborating closely with the tech team and hiring managers to ensure precise alignment of candidates with project needs.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in IT recruitment, particularly for mid- to senior-level roles (e.g., senior, lead, architect).
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools and advanced recruitment techniques, including Direct Search and Executive Search.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment processes for niche and technically demanding roles.
- Experience in a results-based collaboration model with a track record of meeting recruitment goals.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- Fluency in English at a B2 level or higher, enabling seamless communication with candidates and teams.
- Strong independence and creativity in solving challenges—where others see roadblocks, you see opportunities.
- A mindset that "nothing is impossible"—it’s just a matter of the right actions.
