OVERVIEW
The Process Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Services team by facilitating the smooth execution of development and improvement initiatives within DataForce. This role works with relevant stakeholders
to oversee process development within DataForce.


2.0 DESCRIPTION
The Process Development Coordinator is responsible for collaboration with the DataForce Services team to identify process gaps, and address them by creating and/or improving existing procedures. This role is also responsible for supporting their colleagues with day-to-day tasks within DataForce Services team.

  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand process related needs/gaps and root causes of existing issues

  • Support team in process development and process documentation activities

  • Collect and analyze data through system and interviews

  • Process and investigate inquiries regarding process documentation

  • Provide support for team members seeking consultation and DataForce services-specific support

  • Collect feedback and findings from stakeholders and share it with the DataForce Services team to ensure continuous process improvement

  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor


3.0 REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • High-level interpersonal and relationship building skills with ability to interact with stakeholders within different departments

  • Demonstrated business English language proficiency

  • Outstanding teamwork and collaboration

  • Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving skills – ability to analyze a situation and propose solutions

  • Established competency in the use of business applications and collaboration tools, including but not limited to the Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and Google Workspace suite of products


4.0 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent

  • 1+ years in roles with similar responsibilities

  • Acquainted with process improvement methodologies

  • Knowledge of AI Machine Learning data-related projects (including speech, text and computer vision data collection, data curation and annotation projects)


5.0 DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working with crowd workers/community

  • Experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual working environment

  • Experience in working in a cross-functional/matrix organization

  • Fluency in a language other than English
