Job description

Working As An Information Security Specialist, You Will

Collaborate with the Security Operations Team (managed security service provider) to handle daily incident responses effectively
Develop and support security awareness programs to enhance knowledge and best practices across the organization
Identify potential improvements in the security posture of digital platforms, including M365, Azure, and Oracle Fusion
Implement security enhancements directly or work closely with teams such as Applications, Cloud Infrastructure, and Networking to deliver these improvements
Provide security advisory services for new digital projects, including assessing potential vendors and offering recommendations during the solution design phase
Assist in coordinating major security incidents and managing incident response activities
Support compliance initiatives to meet security standards like PCI DSS, GDPR, NIS2, and SWIFT CSCF

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in cybersecurity (candidates with less experience but strong motivation and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage business stakeholders and explain security concepts in non-technical terms.
Experience in security configuration for Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
(Optional) Experience working with the PCI DSS compliance framework.
(Optional) Familiarity with the NIS2 directive and its requirements.
(Optional) Experience working within or alongside a Security Operations Center (SOC).
