Responsibilities
Perform online monitoring and basic troubleshooting of critical applications on a 24x7 basis
SAP Systems availability and performance (ERP, CRM, APO, Portals)
Business Transactions availability and performance
Windows Servers availability and performance
Resolve issues with the interfaces between different SAP and non-SAP systems
Complete daily checks on critical system parameters based on pre-defined criteria
Execute repetitive tasks based on standard procedures
Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution to users through the Service Desk ticketing system, e-mail and/or by phone
Work on shifts
Required Skills And Experience
Third/last year student or recent graduate in the fields of Informatics, Engineering, Economics, or Management
Experience in IT support role would be considered an advantage
Ability to multitask
Proficient in English
Excellent communicator
Customer-service oriented
Active and participative team player
