We are looking for a skilled QA Automation engineer to design and maintenance automation tests. QA Automation engineers' duties include designing automation scripts and finding solutions for automation problems. You should also be committed to developing skills in order to provide up-to-date solutions.

To be successful as a test automation engineer, you should be exceptionally accurate and possess a technical problem-solving aptitude. Ultimately, a top-notch QA Automation engineer will be proficient in programming languages and have excellent time management skills.

QA Automation Engineer Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and expand automated testing infrastructure
• Ensure code quality with peer reviews to ensure guidelines and standards are followed
• Integrate new automated scripts into CI/CD process
• Maintain of CI process in terms of regular results review and bug reporting
• Research issues in software through testing
• Worke closely with cross-functional teams
• Keep updated with the latest industry developments

Test Automation Engineer Requirements:

• Mastery of manual and automated testing fundamentals
• 3+ years of experience in automation quality assurance
• Experience in automation testing architecture and strategies
• Very good knowledge of the Java, (VB Script), Python
• Understanding of technologies: HTTP, JSON, REST
• UFT (Unified Functional Testing) by opentext experience required (can be learned)
• Experience in working with version control systems (e.g. GIT)
• Experience in SQL, Postman, Jenkins
• Experience in one of the Java testing frameworks (TestNG, Cucumber, UFT POM)
• Good level of English (communication with the team and client)
• Good understanding of development processes and the software life cycle
• Good knowledge of different testing methods and techniques
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum)
• Experience with bug tracking systems / test tracking systems (preferably Jira)
• Good ability to work independently as well as a part of a team

Nice to have:

• Experience with JS
• Experience with API testing and test automation of RESTful services
• Experience with JMeter/Gatling
