What you will do:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, fair, and aligned with our company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies and structures that align with company goals including annual salary reviews and benchmarking.
  • Maintain job grading system that accurately reflect the organization’s structure and link to relevant HR policies, ensuring fairness and consistency across roles and levels.
  • Connect compensation and benefits with performance management, aligning with individual and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with management to address compensation and benefits-related issues.
  • Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
  • Collect and compile HR data from various sources, including HR system, payroll, and employee surveys.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, compensation benchmarks, and benefits utilization.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and validations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Compensation and Benefits management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
