University Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or equivalent experience, 10-15 years of Employee Benefits Country Leadership or Employee Benefits Consulting experience; preferred people management experience, Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills; basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes, Basic knowledge of customer service and HRIS platforms; good interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
Key responsabilities:
- Implement enterprise employee benefit strategies with business collaboration
- Provide support for business changes, offer recommendations to address challenges
- Facilitate One HR Culture, Diversity Inclusion retention strategies, oversee benefit programs compliance
- Manage benefit vendor relationships, execute key projects, offer administrative support as directed
