Job description

This is a remote position.

My client, a leading quantitative trading company with a strong emphasis on fostering a positive work culture and professional growth, is looking for an experienced Recruiter to help hire top-level specialists from all over the globe.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engaging with top-level specialists who have achieved success in international Olympiads, Kaggle Competitions, and other highly competitive arenas, showcasing their exceptional expertise in their respective fields.
  • Managing the entire recruitment cycle, acting as a trusted guide for candidates through all stages of the interview process.
  • Collaborating with external teams, overseeing and managing the interaction with external recruitment agencies.
  • Continuously optimizing each stage of the search process to enhance the recruitment strategy.


Requirements
What We Look For In You:
  • Previous experience in IT recruitment, either in-house or within an agency setting. Experience in both areas is a plus, but having experience in one is acceptable.
  • High level of self-discipline and eagerness for growth.
  • English proficiency at a level that allows you to effectively conduct interviews with candidates

Nice-To-Have:

  • A strong interest in IT, programming, and modern technologies.
  • Any technical and trading background.
