SHIFT HOURS: Tuesday between 6 AM to 10 AM Sydney time, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday flex

Responsibilities

• Ordering of Stock:
  • Manage and process stock orders to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
• Dispatch of Stock:
  • Coordinate and oversee the dispatch of stock to ensure timely delivery.
• Ordering of Ingredients:
  • Order necessary ingredients for production, ensuring timely procurement and optimal stock levels.
• Liaise with Stock on Hand:
  • Communicate with team members to monitor and manage current stock levels.
• Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring all stock movements are tracked and recorded.
• Inventory Reporting:
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights and recommendations for inventory management.
• Invoicing:
  • Prepare and issue invoices for stock transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Reconciliation:
  • Perform inventory reconciliation to ensure inventory records match physical stock counts.

Software Knowledge Needed

• Familiarity with Amazon and similar platforms for inventory management and order processing.
