The opportunity

We welcome you to join our great service center in a modern work environment in Ülemiste City, where’s always something inspiring happening. We have also an option to work from home office. Common Shared Services (CSS) is an organization that provides expert transactional business services to Hitachi Energy out of five centers spread across the globe. Tallinn CSS offers supply chain management, financial and HR services for Northen Europe and Great Britain countries. This drives continuous improvement of productivity and service quality, which ultimately helps the Business Units to be more successful on the market.

We are looking for a detail-oriented trainee to join our HR team and support with the recruitment process for approximately 300 summer workers at Hitachi Energy Sweden. In this role, you will assist with coordinating the hiring process, managing candidate data, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and recruitment within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. How you’ll make an impact

  • Assist with the creation and management of employee contracts
  • Register candidates in HR systems and maintain accurate records
  • Support scheduling and communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Collaborate with the HR Team to ensure compliance and efficiency

Your background

  • Education or obtaining education in HR related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Estonian. Swedish is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communication and team-work skills
  • Pro-active and can-do mindset
  • Readiness to spend 6 months as a trainee in the company
