Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide a variety of administrative and operational support to the Insurance Agent, including quoting home insurance, processing renewals, and communicating with clients and mortgage companies. You will also play a key role in training and onboarding new clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Quote home insurance policies using our agency management system (Agency Matrix)
  • Quoting: Assist in generating home insurance quotes for prospective clients, working closely with loan officers and mortgage companies. Handle an average of 80+ quotes per month.
  • Renewals: Process policy renewals, including confirming coverages, updating mortgage clauses and loan numbers, and following up with clients regarding potential cancellations.
  • Communication: Respond to inquiries from banks and mortgage companies regarding renewal updates and requests for evidence of insurance.
  • Documentation: Generate and provide evidence of insurance as needed.
  • Payment Calculations: Assist with payment calculations for renewed policies.
  • Other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in insurance or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently (minimum 60 wpm)
  • Experience with Agency Management Systems a plus
  • Dual monitors required
  • Spanish speaking is a must
