Job description

In order to further strengthen the strong market position of our Health & Medical department, we are looking for a Key Account Manager for the compression therapy area in Estonia.

 About the Role  

In your role as Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building a solid relationship to compression therapy clients in Estonia, ensuring the development of effective collaboration. You implement our company’s strategies to ensure, develop, and identify new opportunities for profitable business. Your key responsibilities include promoting our brands, providing user guidance, organizing training events, and planning, implementing, and monitoring customer-specific sales processes 

In this full-time permanent role, you will work as part of the sales team and report to the Sales Manager. 

Who You Are 

  • Physiotherapist or other health care professional, lymphatic therapy and compression therapies knowledge is an advantage. 
  • You have experience in healthcare, evidence of successful medical sales work, and customer/business development. 
  • In addition to Estonian language, you can also communicate fluently in English, knowledge of Russian language is an advantage. 
  • You are result-oriented and practical, but you can also see the overall strategic picture. 
  • You have analytical skills to understand and interpret market and sales data. 
  • You act independently, understanding the power of collaboration and networks. 
  • Your interaction skills are excellent, and you are a convincing presenter. 
  • Work requires travel and working hours may be irregular, but you can influence the content of your calendar yourself
