Job Details

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This individual will work with Key Account Managers to understand the client’s business requirements and are responsible for ensuring client requirements are defined, documented as “In Scope”
  • Supports the creation of an implementation project plan to identify key milestones & deliverables regarding criticality, downstream impact if dates are missed and determine alternative/mitigating actions
  • Provides timely, concise communications to Key Account Leadership.
  • Supports identifying potential risks within projects.
  • Supports activities across internal teams to ensure program deliverables are on track and understood
  • Build positive working relationships with identified clients where applicable
  • Support the identification of new business opportunities within each identified client account.
  • Gathers information that may affect area of responsibility, such as changes in customer ownership, new affiliations, and targets of opportunities for new growth, customer’s changing requirements, and continually communicates these strategies to Key Account and 3PL Leadership.
  • Work with assigned manufacturer business partners to support commercialization objectives.
  • Support creation of Client Manual to outline specific to manufacturer-sponsored program.
  • Monitor day-to-day program processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and support Client presentations as required.
  • Support the Key Account Management with ROP submissions for adding/deleting Client system users.
  • Support Accounts Receivables team when claims require investigation.
  • Support Key Account Managers with new Client launch activities where needed, including, but not limited to, reviewing product and customer set up files and updating the associated ROP as needed.
  • Support Key Account Managers with Customer EDI set up and trouble-shooting EDI issues.
  • Support with EDI testing as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires a minimum of (2) two years experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology and/or 3PL
  • Experience in relationship management preferred.
  • Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, sales or similar vocation generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry
  • Knowledge of Billing, IDS, and ERP applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to organize, plan, and implement projects of various size and scope
  • Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills able to influence decisions
  • Ability to lead and direct associates
  • Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
