Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive cooperation in the local Management Team in developing the Customer Group strategy, based on deep knowledge and understanding of customer demands within the Customer Group.

  • Take the responsibility to identify potential, define sales activities (e.g. national listings and negotiations, price & condition negotiations, etc.), coordinate the regional execution with Territory Managers / Sales Reps via C4C, following the given standards and protocols

  • Coordination and Handling of direct customers incl. budget (turnover) responsibility C4C Management by given standards and protocols and coordinate indirect accounts within the Customer Group in cooperation with the Area Manager and Territory Manager / Sales Rep.

  • Gain new business via new customer acquisition according to defined goals and targets via Project- & Pipeline Management, following the given standards and protocols

  • Sales- & Turnover planning following the given standards and protocols (e.g. Yearly Budget Planning on customer base, S&OP Sales Planning, etc.)

Additional Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordination in handling regional cross-territorial groups based in the territories

  • Cooperation in international project groups on demand and alignment with direct manager

  • Close cooperation with local Marketing, CIC and Logistic to secure and coordinate customer relevant promotions and activities (e.g. support customer group concept development) and act as a mouthpiece for market trends, customer demands and requirements to the internal functions

  • Frequent Training und share market trends to the entire sales organization

  • Close cooperation with Area Manager and Territory Manager / Sales Rep, as well as Application Manager for all customer group relevant topics

Qualifications:

Professional Experience and Experience

  • Preferred but not must university degree in e.g economics

  • min. 3 years experience in Key Account Management in General Cleaning Business

  • Good knowledge in the Customer Group XXX

  • Experience in selling explainable and high quality products and systems

Specific Knowledge

  • Preferred but not must Good knowledge of English

  • Knowledge in using Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM Systems

  • Experience in digital communication (Teams, LinkedIn, etc.)
