We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring they’re completed on time and within budget. You’ll coordinate with teams, manage resources, and adapt to changing priorities to drive impactful results. If you’re skilled in strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving, we’d love to meet you!
What you will do:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope;
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant; stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
- Ensure resource availability and allocation;
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and meet deadlines;
- Report and escalate to management as needed;
- Manage the relationship with the product owner and all stakeholders;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Facilitate meetings with the development team (planning, retrospective meetings, etc.);
- Facilitating retrospectives for the marketing team (whole team, not only web dev);
- Ensuring alignment and collaboration across the web development, creative, and marketing teams;
- Supporting task management and workflow efficiency across these subdepartments;
What you need:
- Fluent Ukrainian, Intermediate level of English;
- 2+ years of proven working experience as a Project Manager/Coordinator in the IT field;
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Would be a plus:
- Educational background (university, courses) preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers;
- Experience working with workflow tools (such as Confluence, Jira, Asana etc.);
- Good sense of humor 🙂
