YOUR PROFILE

How your future races will run:

As part of customer projects, you are the engine for design, presentation, optimization, and implementation of complex internal and cross-company value creation and other processes in the pharmaceutical industry and in medical technology.
As a subject matter expert or workstream lead, you take the wheel in various company-wide projects to ensure a standard of excellence in the development and implementation of new and existing processes.
With the application and further development of existing state-of-the-art process models and tools, you keep the highest class in the customer sectors of pharmaceutical industry and medical technology.
You bring everything up to speed by developing multidisciplinary concepts for our customers as well as ensuring their implementation in areas such as logistics/SCM, quality management, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, business development, project management, finance/controlling and management.
Through your coaching, you put colleagues or customers in pole position when it comes to the recording, presentation, further development, and implementation of new or existing processes.

YOUR TASKS

How youâll take the lead:

A degree in economics or industrial engineering, a technical course of study, natural sciences or related fields gives you a good starting position.
You are not taking your first lap as a process expert, lean manager, planner or operational manager in the areas of process optimization, production, procurement, supply chain management or product development.
Knowledge of process management standards (Lean, Six Sigma, MTM, REFA) is part of your basic equipment (relevant certifications welcome).
You have already filled up on professional experience in industry and/or consulting, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, medical technology, or another highly regulated sector.Â
Your convincing appearance, your presentation and moderation skills, and your communication capabilities make it onto the podium.
You deserve a medal in the areas of analytical understanding and hands-on mentality alike.
With your business fluent English skills, you always make it across the finish line, German is a plus.
You know how to accelerate in MS Office, as well.
