Senior ServiceNow SPM Developer - APM / CSDM - International Company

For one of our projects with an International company, NTT DATA is looking for a SServiceNow SPM/APM/CSDM Lead Developer to work remotely. You will be responsible for implementing enhancements and supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and its related applications and integrations.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the technical solution design, perform development, unit testing and production deployment for SPM, APM, and CSDM
• Ensure that the solution is aligned with the agreed business process design, functional design and with ServiceNow best practices and Company's architecture standards and guidelines.
• Clarify business requirements directly with the customer and implement required system configuration and development changes, as per the agreed-upon technical design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and implement integration requirements with other systems.
• Estimate time and effort for all activities and proactively communicate progress and forecast changes to the rest of the team.
• Provide timely technical support for issue resolution including UAT and Post Go-Live support, including data maintenance. Work with end users and other support teams and vendors if required.
• Ensure that required system documentation is completed and delivered prior to Go-Live.
• Provide the necessary support required for user training preparation and delivery.
• Timely update assigned tasks, provide response and solution within team SLA and release schedule.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• +10 years of experience in ServiceNow practical experience with expert-level SNow develpment skills.
• +5 years of solid understanding and experience in SPM development & support.
• At least 3 years' experience in APM development & support.
• Minumim 2 CSDM implementations.
• Expert-level ServiceNow development skills.
• Experience in leading projects at least for 4 years.
• Experience in leading a small team
• Experience in de-customization of ServiceNow instances is an advantage as well as SN Certificationns.
• Good understanding of the key IT processes, knowledge of ITIL or similar framework, and having development experience in Agile projects.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and awareness of the latest trends and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to initiate customer interfacing meetings, and conduct calls with customers independently or in support of business process/requirements gathering efforts.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to deliver on time and follow-up promptly on any issues and/or risks identified.
• Proven technical writing and documentation skills.
• Fluent oral and written in English.
