Job description

RecruitGo is looking for an experienced Third Party Technical Manager in China. This position is for our client who are a well known FMCG company globally.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the quality of construction and installation work at all stages of the project
  • Verify materials and equipment conform to project documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution of construction tasks.
  • Participate in the acceptance of completed work, verifying volumes and quality.
  • Provide timely reports on construction progress and identified non-compliance.
  • Act as a liaison between the construction team and the project management team to address any problems or concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, or engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a construction technical supervisor.
  • Ability to read project documentation (drawings, estimates, etc.)
  • Confident user of PC software (AutoCAD, MS Office)

Employment Type  - Full-time 

Employment Status - Fixed-term Employment 6 months contract

Leave Credits - For negotiation

Salary - Around RMB 44,520

Work Setup - Hybrid- (Paterson Service (Shanghai))

Time Zone British Summer Time ‎(UTC+1)‎ or GMT (UTC)

 

If the candidate’s house is near the office, then it will be 3 days of WFO and 2 days of WFH. But if the candidate’s house is far from the office, then the person can work remotely.
