Responsibilities:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Cloud Connect (CCB, CCW, PICOF, PECI), Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics.

  • Basic understanding on the Security Configuration and Business Process setup.

  • Workday Extend experience including Orchestration and PMD scripting.

  • Experience in Workday production support, including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system problems, troubleshooting data issues/corrections.

  • Perform full system regression testing for Workday updates to ensure security access and integrations are functioning as expected.

  • Provide techno-functional support for day-to-day user requests.

  • Ability to understand business needs, troubleshoot issues, diagnose root cause, and provide potential solutions to problems.
     

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience of deep configuration, roll-out, and integration expertise within Workday, ideally within several of the following modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Learning, PRISM, Talent Optimization, Recruiting and Time Tracking.

  • The drive to own impactful projects through to completion and recognize and drive opportunities for improvement with minimal oversight.

  • Excellent communication and people skills; must maintain confidential information, have strong critical thinking skills, and be able to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on assignments.

  • Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and reports, suggest best practices.

  • Proven history of strong decision-making, organizational, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Develop and document technical specifications, develop test conditions, conduct acceptance testing, and implement solutions. Help troubleshoot issues and processes, and aggressively drive toward resolutions.

  • Strong history of developing creative solutions and working to build and optimize processes within Workday.

  • Strong ambition and intellectual curiosity, with an eagerness to expand knowledge, impact, and scope of responsibility over time.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
