Job Description

The AI Content Manager & Strategist will leverage a blend of creativity and strategic expertise to drive innovation in content development. In this role, you will oversee the creation and refinement of diverse content formats, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and maintaining exceptional quality standards. As the organization’s authority on AI-driven content creation, you will play a pivotal role in staying ahead of industry trends and solidifying our position as a leader in this space.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute AI-Driven Content Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive strategies for AI-generated content across text, video, and graphics, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience needs.

  • Refine AI Content Creation Workflows: Oversee the development and optimization of processes for AI-generated content, including prompt engineering, content generation, editing, and quality assurance to ensure outputs meet high standards of accuracy and engagement.

  • Lead AI Content Projects: Manage end-to-end AI content production projects, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring consistent output quality.

  • Collaborate with Content Experts: Partner with copywriters, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure AI-generated content adheres to company standards, brand voice, and strategic objectives.

  • Analyze and Optimize Performance: Monitor the effectiveness of AI-generated content, utilizing performance data and user feedback to refine strategies and improve outputs.

  • Oversee AI Tools and Resources: Manage the library of AI tools, technologies, and resources, ensuring efficient use of budgets and maintaining competitiveness by adopting emerging innovations.

  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously research advancements in AI to enhance content strategies and keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.

  • Foster Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure AI content initiatives align with broader company goals and support overarching business and promotional strategies.

  • Foster Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure AI-generated content supports technological innovation and aligns with the company's broader goals. 

  • Integrate AI Technologies: Collaborate with the Product Innovation team to integrate the latest AI tools and custom content-generation solutions into content creation workflows, ensuring the company remains at the cutting edge of AI-driven content development. 

  • Ensure Ethical AI Practices: Develop guidelines to govern ethical and responsible use of AI in content creation, addressing issues like bias, transparency, and content integrity.

  • Educate and Advocate for AI Content Innovation: Act as an internal advocate for AI-driven content creation, educating team members and stakeholders on the potential and applications of emerging technologies to foster a culture of innovation.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in content creation (video, and/or graphics), with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work. A strong portfolio showcasing your content strategy and execution is required.

  • Exceptional command of the English language, with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. A keen eye for detail is essential.

  • Experience with AI Content Tools: Hands-on experience using AI content generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluating AI outputs.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and performance metrics, using insights to guide content decisions and refine strategies.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and thriving in remote work environments, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Organizational Prowess: Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AI, natural language processing, and machine learning concepts is a plus.

  • Adaptability and Innovation: A proactive approach to learning and staying ahead of industry trends, demonstrating creativity and adaptability in a rapidly evolving landscape.

  • Experience in AI Integration for Content Strategy: Experience collaborating with product & engineering teams to integrate new AI-driven tools and technologies into content creation workflows, ensuring AI-generated content supports broader company goals and aligns with technological advancements.

  • Ethical AI Practices: Knowledge and understanding of ethical considerations in AI content creation, including awareness of bias, transparency, and content integrity in AI-generated content.
