What You Will Do:
- Lead a team of onshore and offshore analysts, engineers, testers, operators to develop Guidehouse solutions for market teams on Guidehouse platforms
- Guide the development and delivery of services that provide for current and strategic goals of our client teams
- Interact with each Guidehouse Service Line to understand unique requirements to guide development of solutions
- Build with the 'platform team' the development of industry leading solutions to be delivered as a service or packaged for client deployment.
- Develop and maintain a suite of commercial data services and assist in the management of contracted data (client, Guidehouse and 3rd party) inclusive of governance, provenance and the contracts for use.
- Develop staff to support DevOps/SRE and modern SDLC under constrained execution environments NIST 800-171/ISO and at times FISMA-high, NIST 800-53.
- Manage financial plans and execution planning for 50+ simultaneous projects.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of 15yrs. of progressive leadership experience in engineering and solution architecture work, preferably with some consulting experience included.
- Strong Consultative Business Relationship Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Leader with strong business skills.
- Manage teams in excess of 100 people in international settings
- Cloud and modern data/engineering skills, inclusive of Azure, AWS and Google
- Ability to work in a highly Matrix'd team across time zones, and managing complex relationships.
- Understanding of contracts inclusive of intellectual property, end-user license agreements, Data Rights and Warranties
- Experience with ITIL4 and ITSM to support our Process Integration with IT and broader work management.
- Experience with Agile tools and processes inclusive of Agile/Kanban - Jira
- Experience with modern advanced analytic techniques including GenAI/LLMs, and SML.
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or University
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Strong understanding of US Public Sector (Federal/DoD) technology procurements
- Background in regulated industries including Financial Services, Healthcare and Energy/Utilities
- Preference given to candidates within commuting distance of Guidehouse office
The annual salary range for this position is $279,500.00-$698,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
