General Description:
Under the direction of the Marketing & innovative solutions Director:
The Candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a Stakeholder value strategy to differentiate BeiGene & Tevimbra by adding Innovative Solutions and value-added services to our Value proposition.
The Candidate will have to translate the local strategy into operational tactics working closely with the Cross functional team and the field team to identify customer needs to create and run value added projects and innovative solutions.
Essential Functions of the job:
- Identify opportunities to design, develop and implement the value proposition of BeiGene by adding innovative solutions & value-added services.
- Identify technologies/tools /agencies/vendors/ that can benefit the execution of these Innovative solutions/value-added services that differentiate BeiGene.
- Own project management process from beginning to end (contracts, invoicing, communication) for value added services together with admin support
- Contribute to the execution of the Tislelizumab (Tevimbra®) marketing tactics, including omnichannel marketing tactics partnering with local teams in the development and execution of marketing pre-launch and launch activities such as internal Training, external disease awareness and dissemination data meetings)
- Work with agencies, Sales teams and external stakeholders to design and develop customer-centric tools/materials.
- Apply a continuous improvement mindset to ensure solutions and improvements are rapidly identified to optimize launch and improve patient access
- Drive business decisions whereby patient care is at the center of the business conduct
- Operate in line with BeiGene’s Code of Conduct and relevant policies for commercial and promotional activities to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct
Education Required:
- Degree in Bachelor of science required & MBA or advanced degree desirable;
Qualification Required:
- At least 7 years of experience of experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare sector or biotech.
- Experience in Innovative solutions/ Value Added Services Project Management strongly preferred.
- Previous experience and knowledge of Oncology / Hematology preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Self-driven, highly motivated, solution-oriented and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and to develop and maintain strong partnerships working in cross-functional team
- Turns creative ideas into original solutions. Produces new or different approaches in current situations and enables creativity in others
- Other Qualifications:
- Fluency in both verbal and written English
- Proficiency in all MS-Office applications
Computer Skills: Standard Computer Skills required (MS Office)
Other Qualifications: Fluency in both verbal and written English and the country language; any other major European language of advantage
Travel: Approximately 40% of time
