Job Description:

Company is seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to join the team. As an Account Executive, you will communicate with and follow up on new leads, addressing their inquiries via emails, calls and chat. You will also conduct product demos to showcase our offerings and manage the sales process, ensuring successful conversions.


Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales/business development (full sales cycle)

- Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts

- Strong relationship building, negotiating and closing skills

- Enjoy assisting prospects and clients to solve their challenges, dedicating necessary time for explanations

- Customer satisfaction-oriented mindset

- Outgoing, personable, energetic, and a strong communicator

- Self-motivated, self-learner, passionate, and a people person

- Open to learning from others and contributing to a collaborative environment

- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

- Laser-focused and extremely detail-oriented

- Strong work ethic, willing to work hard and go the extra mile during the high ramp-up phase of a rapidly growing company

- Enjoy working in a team-oriented and positive corporate culture

- Demonstrate adaptability to emergent scenarios and ability to handle responsibilities under pressure while prioritizing duties

Ideally, candidates should be familiar with:

- Salesforce

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Project Management exposure or experience

- Fluency in a second language, particularly German, French, or Italian (a significant plus)

- Sales experience in the user experience/usability testing or market research industries (bonus, full training provided)
