Job Description
The Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect will design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level solutions using Microsoft's technology stack and API development methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in architecture design, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise solutions utilizing the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, .NET, and Dynamics 365.
- Develop and maintain APIs for seamless data integration across multiple platforms and applications.
- Lead architectural discussions and decision-making processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct system performance analysis, identify bottlenecks, and recommend architectural improvements.
- Ensure solutions comply with industry standards, including security and regulatory frameworks.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise solutions architecture with expertise in the Microsoft technology stack.
- Proven experience in API development and integration using RESTful or SOAP protocols.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and Azure Active Directory.
- Strong experience with .NET Framework/Core, C#, and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement robust solutions.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Experience in federal government cloud or IT systems, familiar with CIS and NIST standards, and adept at managing government-specific IT environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems with a focus on compliance with HIPAA regulations and a background in healthcare systems technology.

Salary Range
$140,000 - $170,000 base salary, depending on knowledge and years of experience.
