About the role:

The Enterprise Team Leader will lead a team of developers working on projects from the enterprise backlog and help resolve production issues for Altium 365 enterprise customers.

A day in the life of our Enterprise Team Leader:

Leading and managing an engineering team and projects
Collaboration with both Altium's and customers' engineering teams
Investigating and resolving performance issues and specific cases
Writing and reviewing code (50% of the time)
Collaboration with:
o Enterprise customers
o Customer Success
o Product Managers
o Quality Assurance
Overseeing daily team operations
Contribution to the full software development lifecycle

Who We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience within team and project leadership
10+ years of software engineering experience
Experience working in reputable companies with international teams
Willingness to learn Altium 365 Platform and new technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a "Getting Things Done" attitude.
Technical skills:
o Senior-level knowledge of .NET platform and C# language (.NET framework,
.NET Core, REST API, etc.).
o Resolving production issues (analyzing application logs, crash dumps, tracing,
etc.)
o Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations
