Job Summary:

This role will manage our paid media accounts, analyze performance, and make recommendations to improve campaigns.


Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and KPIs.
  • Develop and test ad copy and landing pages for effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media strategies with overall goals.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and pacing.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and insights.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on website traffic and conversions.


Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience, skills, and qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in PPC or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns.
  • Experience with budget management and ROI optimization.
  • Previous experience in an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Certifications such as Google Ads Certification are often preferred.
  • Proficiency in PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and optimize budgets effectively.
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Tools and Software: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, Bid management tools (e.g., Marin, Kenshoo)


Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field of study is preferred (or equivalent years of related experience)
