Job description

Position : PPC Specialist

  • Salary Range : 900-1800 AUD

Working Hours : 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time

Holiday : Regular Philippine Holidays

Job Responsibilities:

- Implement and manage bid strategies, audience targeting, and segmentation to optimize ad spending and increase conversions.

- Perform regular A/B testing on various campaign elements to identify the most effective strategies.

  • Google Shopping & Merchant Centre

- Manage and optimize Google Shopping campaigns and the Google Merchant Centre, focusing on data feed management and product listing optimization.

  • GA4 & Google Data Studio Expertise

- Utilize GA4 for in-depth analytics and tracking, employing Google Data Studio to craft custom reports and dashboards that distill complex data into actionable insights.

  • Daily Campaign Optimization

- Engage in daily management activities such as bid adjustments, budget allocation, and keyword optimization to ensure campaign success.

- Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization

opportunities.

  • Collaboration and Reporting 

- Report directly to two senior members, offering support and handling ad-hoc tasks as needed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach

to client campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a paid media role, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Has worked with or supported an agency before.
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated success with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Shopping campaigns, and proficiency in GA4 and Google Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, and Google Analytics certifications are highly regarded.
