Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Location:
Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1400 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with expertise in sourcing and hiring top tech talent for diverse roles across multiple global regions. This role demands a strong understanding of technical job markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The recruiter will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Talent Acquisition: Source and attract qualified candidates for technical roles such as software engineers, developers, IT specialists, and more, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Candidate Screening & Assessment: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical qualifications through competency-based questions and technical screenings.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their technical hiring needs, share progress updates, and offer strategic insights to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-screened technical talent for current and future needs, ensuring a quick turnaround for open roles.
  • Recruitment Platforms: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and tech-focused job boards to identify and manage candidates efficiently.


Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in technical recruiting or related talent acquisition roles.
  • Familiarity with technical job requirements and terminologies (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, tech stacks).
  • Proficiency with ATS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple technical requisitions simultaneously.
  • A proactive and competitive mindset with a figure-it-out attitude.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience sourcing candidates in regions such as Latin America, the Philippines, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Africa.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Manatal and Slack.
  • Familiarity with remote team dynamics and hiring in distributed environments.
  • Technical background or familiarity with software development concepts.
