We are open to candidates from any Australian capital city.

About The Team

How You’ll Make An Impact

As a Senior Analyst, you will inform and shape the decisions of security and business leaders in Australia and globally. You will provide real-time intelligence support to high-profile cyber incidents and generate well-researched intelligence reports that help our customers understand their cyber threat profile, and what they can do about it.

Day to day you will:

  • Monitor the global and regional threat landscape to identify and action threat information and to develop subject matter expertise across particular sectors and/or geographies.
  • Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, prepare and disseminate intelligence in a timely and actionable manner, and elicit feedback on intelligence products.
  • Identify intelligence collection priorities for diverse customers, identify and improve collection sources, and mobilise a diverse team to meet priorities through daily intelligence collection activities.
  • Collect and synthesise information from multiple sources and use analytic techniques to validate, prioritise and contextualise information relevant to your portfolio and customers.
  • Write short form intelligence SITREPs and advisories, often under time pressure, for cyber practitioners and longer form intelligence reports for business leaders.
  • Lead, coach and mentor Associate Analysts and Analysts from diverse backgrounds and with diverse skillsets.

Key skills and attributes

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to analyse and amalgamate diverse information to deliver results
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce oral and written products with structure, clarity and precision
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills and a track record of delivering results in high-pressure environments
  • Developed understanding of the region’s cyber threat landscape.

Experience and qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ relevant professional experience, with experience in intelligence and consulting both highly regarded.
  • Fluency in the intelligence lifecycle, analytic techniques, and open source intelligence.
  • Familiarity with common cyber threat intelligence frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model or Cyber Kill Chain.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.

What's in it for you?

  • Flexible working in a hybrid arrangement (a blend of office and WFH).
  • A high-performing, collegiate team with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • A dynamic environment where no day is the same, and you make a difference to customers and communities.
  • Once-in-a-career growth opportunities.
  • Attractive salary and employee benefits package.
