About The Role
MB&A is seeking a highly talented Associate Business Analyst or Associate Project Manager to work as Product Stream Lead on one of our most important projects supporting the Department of Veteran’s Affairs. You Want to:
- Take ownership of critical onboarding activities and standardization processes, ensuring that every team member is aligned and engaged
- Play an integral role in delivering cutting-edge digital products, known as "Modules," for specific VA customers or business units
- Lead independently, driving forward both your own projects and the broader team's objectives
- Understand the VA Salesforce ecosystem, its development, working on highly impactful projects
- Present your findings, ideas, and progress to clients with confidence and clarity
You Will:
- Ensure alignment and communication of process standardization from DTC's Salesforce Governance Team
- Coordinate with a dedicated team of varying roles and skills to align product requests and scope from cybersecurity analyst to engineering leads
- Maintain a robust understanding of cloud concepts, Salesforce navigation, and data load activity, to meet project objectives
- Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting strict deadlines, tracking deliverables, and maintaining high-quality output
- Champion communication of Salesforce concepts clearly and concisely within the organization and with clients
You Have:
- Demonstrable experience in large Salesforce organizations and in handling multiple projects at once
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
- Proficiency with Excel formulas (Vlookup, Index Match), Salesforce navigation, and the Microsoft Suite of products
- Bachelors Degree or a minimum of 2 years’ related experience in a product or project management role
- Top notch organizational and communication skills
- Experience in guiding or implementing PICs
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, PPT, Asana, etc.
You Might Have:
- Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and/or other federal organizations
- Associate or Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification
- A background in leading teams in a Solution Integrator (SI) Project Team setting
- Prior experience with VA Public Trust background completion and GitHub account setup
You Are Able To:
- Use a computer and phone to communicate with others orally and in writing through email, video-conferencing, and calls
- Navigate the Google Suite of products (Gmail, Sheets, etc.)
- Remain stationary at a desk or other work station for long periods of time
- Provide a quiet workspace in your home or other location with high speed internet and phone access to dedicate approximately 8 hours per weekday to work
- Use memory, knowledge, and attention to detail to analyze, interpret, assess, and evaluate complex situations and resolve problems
- Work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
- Have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting
- Travel as needed to company meetings (up to 10%)
