What You’ll Do
As a Customer Success Manager, you will guide our clients throughout the talent journey—from initial orientation to the final application. This includes setting up recruitment sites, employer branding and recruitment campaigns, referral programs, programmatic advertising, and optimising existing products and services. You will understand your client's needs and concerns, ensuring their feedback is heard, and provide them with the advice and support they need to attract and recruit the right talent.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking full responsibility for your client portfolio.
- Proactively advise and act as a trusted partner for our clients.
- Preparing clear (de)briefings for both our clients and internal teams.
- Maintaining solid relationships with your clients and understanding their needs and challenges.
- Translating client feedback, goals, and needs into actionable insights for our internal teams to improve our products and services.
- Analyse data and KPIs and make optimisation recommendations based on individual client objectives.
- Prepare, organise, and follow up on quarterly evaluation sessions with clients.
- I'd like for you to identify potential growth and expansion opportunities as soon as possible.
Who You Are
- You have completed at least a Bachelor's degree.
- You have at least three years of relevant experience in customer-focused consulting services or account management (HR and SaaS experience is a plus).
- You are comfortable analysing and interpreting various types of data and information.
- You have strong coordination skills and can manage relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
- You possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate diplomacy, tact, and calmness when dealing with client issues and escalations.
- You are responsible, proactive, decisive, and a team player.
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English.
- You are flexible, as your workplace will vary between Capelle a/d IJssel, client locations, home, or wherever your laptop takes you.
