This roles’ primary areas of focus include the following;

• Weekly planning with Client Team Leads, balancing shifting priorities
• Scheduling and Schedule Management to meet shifting project goals/campaign team member availability
• Communications management across team internal account partners, client partners, and campaign teams specific to each campaign
• Meet notes and next steps management
• Task tracking through successful completion
• Risk/mitigation management
• Agenda Communication Management
  
  

This Role Also

Owns the relationship between one or more clients and the internal project team, ensuring that the project(s)/program(s) meets the client's requirements and goals; with the support of an Account Lead Partner

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience; ideally technical marketing/B2B programs/project management, Microsoft experience,
• Risk/Issue management
• Track, implement, and close actions/clarifications/issues given overall ROTB/project schedule
• Document processes/SOPs to facilitate onboarding
• Project management (these may not be technical), Agile methodologies
• This is a remote position is for candidates residing in Mexico.
