Buscamos protagonistas que se animen a:

✔️Desarrollar una estrategia que el equipo utilizará para alcanzar su objetivo.

✔️Facilitar la formación que necesiten las personas del equipo y poder acompañar su crecimiento balanceando las distintas necesidades (necesidades del team vs necesidades individuales)

✔️Comunicar claramente instrucciones, necesidades, objetivos desde y hacia el equipo.

✔️Estar abierto a las opiniones, poder argumentar posiciones y alinear criterios.

✔️Gestionar el flujo de las operaciones diarias.

✔️Tener una visión Cross teams.

✔️Co-construir una visión a largo plazo para soluciones tecnológicas.

Y cuenten con estas experiencias y habilidades:

✔️ Experiencia en desarrollo de soluciones de adquirencia/agrupadoras (excluyente)

✔️Metodologías ágiles.

✔️Dockerización, Kubernetes,. Express.

✔️Implementación de soluciones cloud (AWS), utilizando microservicios y arquitecturas asíncronas Base de datos Relacionales (postgresql) y no relacionales (Mongodb, DynamoDB) Construcción de APIs REST Git (gitlab) y practicas devops Distintos tipos de mensajerías a nivel de Microservicios (Rest, Kafka, MQTT).
